R. M. Kerner Co's locations are within walking distance of each other in the Erie Industrial Park. Their proximity allows us to closely manage each and reduce the duplication of services. The Erie Industrial Park is adjacent to the  Bayfront Connector, a limited access highway opened in November 2003, providing direct access to I-90 and I-79. R.M. Kerner Co. North Our North facility contains 80,000 sq ft of manufacturing space. It also serves as our headquarters and jobbing source. It is where our tool room, machine building, and prototyping services are located. Our skilled tool and die makers build all of our own fixtures, collets, custom tools, and many of the gages and machines that we use to make parts more efficiently. This means fast startup and turnaround, low downtime, and lower costs. R.M. Kerner Co. South Our South plant houses 50,000 sq ft of high-production machines producing upwards of 3 million parts per year each in an environmentally-friendly setting. Nestled between two stands of trees, it sits on 18-1/2 acres at the edge of the Erie Industrial Park. The glass you see is reflective-green in color and was designed to blend into the background so as to be almost invisible from the road and the nearby residential areas. We have room for two additions at this location, both of which are laid out so as to occupy only the open space and not encroach on the woods. Workers inside the plant can see outside from anywhere inside, giving the building an airy feel. This location also houses our main training and welcome center.
